INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Police officials say they have captured a man who escaped Atterbury Correctional Center Wednesday morning.

The search for Brian Poland began on Tuesday when police say he escaped from the prison on the Camp Atterbury military base. He was serving a two-year sentence for theft, but has a criminal record dating back a decade.

Wednesday around 10:30 a.m., Johnson County authorities say they found Poland in the Nineveh area. It's unclear what extra charges he may face.
