INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - A former Morgan County Town Marshal has once again pleaded guilty to the federal charges he faced.

In July, a federal judge had let Terry Carlyle withdraw the drug trafficking guilty plea he entered a year ago.

Carlyle had claimed he was undergoing psychological counseling at the time, but he's now gone back to that plea.

Federal agents and State Police arrested Carlyle after a raid at his home in April, 2011.

They also arrested former Brooklyn police officer John Smith.

Smith is still awaiting trial.

A judge will sentence Carlyle in November.
