BLOOMINGTON, IN. (WISH) - A Bloomington mom is under arrest after she nearly pushed her 18-month-old daughter in traffic.

Police say 29 year old Jacqueline Watrous was seen stumbling down the sidewalk Friday evening, when she walked into traffic while pushing a stroller.

Officers saw Watrous cross both Washington Street and Walnut street without checking for traffic.

Watrous is facing charges of neglect and public intoxication.
