LEBANON, Ind. (WISH) - The Whitestown man accused of stabbing his twin, his father and his father’s wife pleaded guilty to three counts of murder Wednesday as part of a plea agreement that spared his life.
Barney Chamorro could have faced the death penalty if found guilty for the brutal stabbing of his family members.
As part of the plea agreement, prosecutors agreed to drop burglary, robbery, theft and auto theft charges against Chamorro.
