INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Sudden white-out conditions and drivers going too fast are what investigators determined caused last month's massive pileup on Interstate 70 .

Indiana State Police released the reports about the crash on Tuesday.

ISP said in the reports a sudden snow storm made visibility virtually impossible.
