INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Sudden white-out conditions and drivers going too fast are what investigators determined caused last month's massive pileup on Interstate 70 .
Indiana State Police released the reports about the crash on Tuesday.
ISP said in the reports a sudden snow storm made visibility virtually impossible.

It also said drivers were going too fast and following other vehicles too closely to deal with the weather conditions.

The report says 41 vehicles were involved in crash that killed one person and sent 10 people to the hospital.
