CRAWFORDSVILLE, Ind. (WISH) - An Illinois man has been arrested in connection with threats made against a Montgomery County judge that prompted heightened security at the county courthouse .
24-Hour News 8 news partner The Paper reports Ronald Treadway, 44, Westville, Ill., was arrested on three counts of intimidation Tuesday in Vermilion County, Ill. He was being held on $3,000 bond pending an extradition hearing.
According to court documents, Treadway had been previously involved in proceedings over child support in courtroom of the judge threatened, David Ault. A threat was also made against Deputy Prosecutor Kyle Gobel, the newspaper reports.
