Motorcycle crashes in I-70 construction

MONROVIA, Ind. (WISH) - A motorcyclist struck a construction barrel on Interstate 70 west of Indianapolis Tuesday afternoon.
When emergency crews got to the crash, the motorcyclist was 20 feet from the vehicle.
The incident happened in the westbound lanes of I-70 around 1 p.m.
The motorcyclist, who was not wearing a helmet, was taken to IU Health Methodist Hospital with multiple injuries. The driver was in critical condition Tuesday afternoon.
