COVINGTON, Ind. (WISH) - A 16-year-old was killed Wednesday evening when the car he was driving collided with a tractor, 24-Hour News 8 news partner WLFI-TV reports.
The crash happened shortly before 7 p.m. Wednesday in the 3100 block of West Fountain County Road 260 North, about two miles north of Covington.
Another teenager who was riding in the car was taken to the hospital. Three other teenagers who were riding in the car refused treatment at the scene. The driver of the tractor was taken to the hospital with complaints of pain.
No information regarding the deceased teen's identity was available Wednesday, pending notification of the family, WLFI said.
