Wabash College names new president

CRAWFORDSVILLE, Ind. (WISH) - Wabash College has named its new president.

Gregory Hess has been named the 16th president of the college. Stephen S. Bowen, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Wabash College made the announcement Saturday.

Dr. Hess is currently the Dean of the Faculty and Vice President of Academic Affairs at  Claremont McKenna College.

He has held teaching positions at Carnegie Mellon University, the University of Kansas, St. John's College (Cambridge), the University of Cambridge, London Business School, and Oberlin College.

He will start as president of Wabash College on July 1.
