Romney to visit Indiana on eve of Primary

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney is planning a visit to Indianapolis next month on the eve of the Indiana primary.

Romney's Indiana co-chairman Dan Dumezich tells The Indianapolis Star that the former Massachusetts governor will be in Indianapolis for a May 7 fundraiser. He says the event at the JW Marriott Hotel in downtown Indianapolis will be a "tiered event" that will likely include a reception and dinner. Details, such as ticket prices, are still being worked out.

Romney was last in Indiana on Sept. 24.
