INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Ticket brokers are already looking ahead to the NFL playoffs. Brokers are ready to take your order online or by phone.
On a national site called stubhub.com, just scroll over the stadium section you're interested in to find out what a ticket can cost.
For a playoff game, 24-Hour News 8 found a ticket in what's referred to as the nose-bleed seats in the $100 dollar range.
A tier lower and on the Colts side in section 444, a ticket runs between $300 to $400.
For those who want to splurge and go for a club seat, 24-Hour News 8 found tickets around the 45-50 yard line on the visitor side at just under $1,400 a ticket.
A local ticket broker located in Carmel has similar price points on its Web site, fanfaretix.com.
Ticket brokers are already looking to playoff game number 2, customers will see a significant jump in ticket prices.
Gone are the $100 tickets, it goes up to the $200 range for the "cheap" seats and club seats run around $2,000.
The playoffs are still four and a half weeks away, so the closer to game time there's a chance prices will increase. It's a case of more demand and less inventory.
