BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (AP) - Indiana heads into 2013 with the same list of goals it always seems to have.

Make the postseason. Win back the Old Oaken Bucket. Close with a flourish.

This time, the Hoosiers are not just hoping to make changes. They have a plan to get better.

Indiana (4-8, 2-6 Big Ten) made steady progress under second-year coach Kevin Wilson. They ended a 10-game conference losing streak, beat their first Football Bowl Subdivision foe since Wilson arrived and were even in position to play for a Big Ten title if they could have won their last three games.

Indiana lost all three of those games, primarily because of turnovers and a defense that struggled to tackle — areas Wilson plans to reinforce this offseason.
