INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The Associated Press’ Top 25 rankings tab Indiana as No. 3 and Butler as No. 9.
The Hoosiers sit behind No. 1 Michigan and No. 2 Kansas. The top ranking for UM is its first in almost 20 years.
IU is coming off a win Sunday over No. 13 Michigan State and will face the top-ranked Wolverines this Saturday in Big Ten play. That game marks the second straight year IU has faced the country’s top team at home.
The Bulldogs stayed at 9 despite a loss to LaSalle earlier in the week.
