INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - It’s a day fourth grader Jareal Smith will never forget. He arrived at school in a limo, accompanied by Colts defensive star Dwight Freeney. It was all part of the NFL Take a Player to School Day .

Freeney spent Tuesday morning at IPS #63 elementary school .

Students were even able to ask the football star a few questions.

One student asked, “How does it feel when you hit the quarterback?”

Freeney answered, “Umm, remember that Christmas thing? It's like Christmas and your birthday all wrapped up."

Freeney wasn't just there to talk about his love of hitting quarterbacks. He was there to support the NFL's Play 60 . It encourages kids to get at least an hour of exercise a day.

Freeney said, "There is nothing that substitutes going outside running around being active."

To prove it, Freeney stayed to take part in Jareal's gym class. For Jareal, it was a dream come true.

Jareal said, "I learned a lot."

It was just as exciting for the other students at IPS #63.

"It was great it was great brings back all these memories kickball, dodge ball, climbing rope, recess, all of that I mean this was fun,” said Freeney.

Jareal entered a sweepstakes to win. The NFL and JCPenney will make a donation to each winning school to support their in school and after school physical fitness programs.
