INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The Indianapolis Colts announced Monday that Colts' mascot Blue will shave the head of a Colts cheerleader if the organization can raise $10,000 for leukemia research.

Over the weekend, Blue issued a challenge to the Colts cheerleaders via Twitter.

He said if he could raise the money by Nov. 25, he wanted one cheerleader to agree to have her head shaved in honor of coach Chuck Pagano, who is recovering from leukemia.

Sunday, Colts cheerleader Megan M. accepted the challenge.

If the money is raised by the Nov. 25 Colts vs. Bills game, Blue will shave Megan's head at the game. Fans can donate to the cause on the Colts website .

All money raised through the challenge will benefit leukemia research at the IU Health Simon Cancer Center.

You can view a video of Megan M. accepting the challenge here .
