ANDERSON, Ind. (WISH) - The Indianapolis Colts have busy week ahead. They follow up week two of training camp with a preseason game at Lucas Oil Stadium against the St. Louis Rams.
"You get tired of hitting your own guys and going against your own guys," says running back Delone Carter. "You need some new faces out there and we all are pretty excited."
The team, however, isn't treating this like a normal game week.
"We don't game plan at all," says offensive coordinator Bruce Arians. "We practice against the Colts full speed and we'll play the Rams when they show up. We don't have time to prepare for another team in the preseason."
Arians adds that he doesn't know how much rookie quarterback Andrew Luck will play on Sunday, but expects it will be somewhere between 20 and 25 plays.
"He needs to play against someone else other than himself and see different coverages and different fronts," according to Arians.
