INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - 24-Hour News 8 has learned Colts wide receiver Pierre Garcon will be back on the field this weekend.
Garcon has missed the past two games with a hamstring injury.
But on Monday night's "Huddle up Indy" on MyIndy-TV Garcon told 24-Hour New 8’s sports anchor Anthony Calhoun he will be good to go this Sunday.
Calhoun asked, "How anxious are you, though, to get back out there on that football field and help out this football team?"
"I've been waiting ever since I got injured. It's been hard work, and now I have something to look forward to, I can see the light. Getting back out there on the field, catching the ball from Peyton, and making those long plays,” said Garcon.
The Colts take on the Kansas City Chiefs at Lucas Oil Stadium this weekend.
Fans can watch the game on WISH-TV at 1 p.m.
