Indianapolis coach getting accustomed to new job

ANDERSON, Ind. (AP) - Chuck Pagano's transition from assistant coach to head has come with plenty of advice.

All Pagano really wants to do is be himself.

Since being hired as the Indianapolis Colts coach in late January, Pagano's fiery approach and folksy style have been a refreshing change in Indy, one fans hope will help turn around a team that went 2-14 last season without Peyton Manning.

Players are convinced he can get the job done. Those who worked with Pagano in Baltimore the last few seasons say that while he has taken on more administrative responsibilities and spends more time with the offense, he's still the same fun-loving guy that helped make the Ravens defense one of the league's top-ranked units.
