INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Christmas came a little early Tuesday for some students, courtesy of the Indianapolis Colts.

The team and more than 130 volunteers from Indianapolis- based LIDS Sports Group set up a mock shoe and hat store at College Park Elementary School.

It's part of the eighth annual "Cold Feet, Warm Shoes and Hats" event.

The volunteers fitted 450 children in need with new shoes and warm knit hats.

Colts Defensive Back Jerraud Powers and other Colts players also handed out Colts shirts to all the students.
