What's Coach Pagano's biggest challenge?

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The Colts will host the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday at Lucas Oil Stadium. Wednesday night, while taping Colts Playbook featuring Chuck Pagano, WISH-TV Sports Director Anthony Calhoun asked the first year head coach what has been the biggest challenge for him so far as a coach.

"Trying to keep out of everybody's business, you know, on the sidelines and just trying to manage the game.” said Pagano. “You go out there and you have been hands on for so many years. 28 years on the defensive side meddling with defensive backs, just handling the management of the game. Time-outs, challenges, penalties. Fortunately for me I have a ton of help in the coaching staff and guys upstairs. They do a great job of staying on top of that stuff and trying to keep me out of harm’s way, if you will but that's been a huge challenge."

You can see Coach Pagano at work on the sidelines Sunday at 1pm on WISH-TV against Jacksonville.
