INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - President Barack Obama made a call Friday to congratulate the Indiana Fever on their WNBA Finals win.
President Obama called head coach Lin Dunn, Finals MVP Tamika Catchings, C.O.O. and General Manager Kelly Krauskopt, and the entire Fever team to say that, as a father, he appreciated seeing women setting a positive example both on the court and out in the community.
The President also added that he looks forward to congratulating them in person at the White House.
