INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Jacksonville quarterback Blaine Gabbert will start Sunday, while Colts defensive end Dwight Freeney and Jaguars running back Rashad Jennings are both inactive.

Freeney (ankle) will be replaced by Jerry Hughes at outside linebacker. Jennings (ankle) had been listed as doubtful.

Indy's Seth Olsen will replace the injured Joe Reitz (knee) at left guard. Reitz hasn't played this season.

Also inactive for the Colts are quarterback Chandler Harnish, cornerback Josh Gordy, running back Delone Carter, linebacker Pat Angerer and offensive tackle Bradley Sowell. Receiver Austin Collie (concussion) is active but will not start.

Jacksonville had already ruled out left guard Eben Britton (ankle), right tackle Cam Bradfield (ankle), linebacker Daryl Smith (groin) and defensive end George Selvie (knee). Defensive end Austin Lane and defensive tackle Jeris Pendleton are the Jags' other inactives.
