NORTHEAST, Ind. (WANE) - SAC champion Bishop Dwenger completed their third-straight regular season with a 62-0 win over Bishop Luers. Leo dominated the ACAC this year and completed an unblemished conference run with a 46-0 shutout of Bluffton. Two other conference titles remained undecided.
Norwell's Klay Fiechter ran for six touchdowns as the Knights defeated Columbia City, 48-21. Homestead also won Friday night, defeating New Haven 43-6 so both teams share the NHC title.
The NECC came down to one game Friday at Lakeland. The visiting Churubusco Eagles overcame a 7-6 halftime deficit to defeat the previously undefeated Lakers, 12-7 to create a three-way tie for the NECC tie with Fairfield.
