NEW ORLEANS (AP) - Chris Paul had 21 points and 11 assists to help the New Orleans Hornets beat the Indiana Pacers 108-96 on Saturday night for their second victory of the preseason.
Paul scored 11 of his points in the fourth quarter. His 3-pointer with 1:41 left made it 101-94.
Rookie Marcus Thornton scored 19 for New Orleans (2-4). Peja Stojakovic made four 3-pointers and finished with 16 points.
Danny Granger scored 23 for the Pacers (2-3) in his return to his hometown. T.J. Ford added 22 points and Dahntay Jones 16.
