INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The CEO of Professional Bull Riders announced Tuesday his resignation from the organization in order to accept a leadership position with the Indy Racing League.
Randy Bernard said his resignation will become effective March 1.
"The PBR has been my life for 15 years, and I am very proud of our accomplishments," said Bernard. From the cowboys, stock contractors, sponsors, staff and board to our great fans, it has been a great ride, and I am very thankful to have so many great memories."
Bernard’s role in the IRL is expected to be announced during a news conference Tuesday afternoon at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway .
