Nagin ready to cash in on Super Bowl bet

NEW ORLEANS (WISH) - New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin is already ready to cash in on his Super Bowl bet with Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard.

Mayor Ballard promised St. Elmo's shrimp cocktail as part of a package of Indiana goodies if the Colts lost.

On Monday, Nagin took a shot at his coming prize.

“He owes me some shrimp cocktail, and probably those shrimp came from Louisiana so that was probably not a fair bet,” said Nagin.

Mayor Ballard is heading back from south Florida Monday. There is no word yet on when, he'll send the package.
