Ted Bishop elected PGA President

BALTIMORE (WISH) - Ted Bishop from Franklin has been elected the 38th President of the Professional Golfers’ Association of America.

Bishop was elected Saturday at the association’s meeting in Baltimore. Bishop was previously PGA Secretary from 2008 – 20120 and Vice President from 2010 – 2012.

Bishop is a native of Logansport and Purdue University alum.

Bishop, 56, succeeds Allen Wronowski of Phoenix, Md.
