Diana Taurasi hasn't found her rhythm during the WNBA finals and it's a key reason the Indiana Fever are one win away from their first championship. The Fever lead the series 2-1 over Taurasi's Phoenix Mercury heading into Game 4 on Wednesday.

"When you make it to the WNBA, you talk about winning a championship, that is your goal," said Fever guard Tamika Catchings

Taurasi is averaging 20 points per game in the finals, but she's making fewer than a third of her shots while being hounded by defensive player of the year Tamika Catchings.

"When you make it to the WNBA, you talk about winning a championship, that is your goal," said Catchings. "I'm so excited, I don't want to be nervous-excited. It's like I just want to go out there and have a good time...just try and seize the moment and enjoy it."

The Fever know exactly what they have to do to win.

"Our defense has to be better," said Ebony Hoffman. "We've worked hard. We've had blood, sweat and tears with this team, right now. The window is closing, we have to open the window and just let it be us and not them."

Throughout the playoffs, the Fever have said 'Our time is now' and they now find themselves just one win away from their first WNBA title.

"We are exceptionally excited about being in this position but we are not going to take it for granted and are going to come extremely focused and prepared on Wednesday," said Katie Douglas.

Indiana's odds of closing the best-of-five series at home increase if Taurasi, the league's MVP, has another poor shooting performance.

Taurasi shot 6-for-16 in Game 3, an 86-85 win for Indiana. Phoenix coach Corey Gaines took responsibility for Taurasi's struggles, saying he needs to get his scorers in better position.
