PUTNAM/MORGAN COUNTIES, Ind. (INDOT) - The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announces the resurfacing project on I-70 will close the ramps at US 231 (Exit 41) beginning Saturday to mill and resurface the ramps. Crews plan the following schedule for closures:
10/20 6 a.m. - 6 a.m. on 10/21 WB I-70 exit ramp to US 231
10/21 6 p.m. - 6 p.m. on 10/22 US 231 on ramp to WB I-70
10/23 6 a.m. - 6 a.m. on 10/24 WB I-70 exit ramp to US 231
10/24 6 a.m. - 6 a.m. on 10/25 US 231 on ramp to WB I-70
This project on I-70 will resurface the interstate from US 231 to Little Point. This project was awarded to Rieth-Riley Construction for $10.49 million. This project is scheduled for completion in November of this year.
The work schedule is subject to change in the event of inclement weather.
