Overturned semi closes one lane on 865

BOONE COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) - The Indiana State Police confirm one person was transported to the hospital after an accident on I-865 Saturday morning.

Police say the incident happened around 7 a.m. on eastbound I-865 near the 1 mile marker. The area is near I-65.

One person was transported to St. Vincent hospital. Their condition is not known at this time.

Police say this was a single-vehicle accident.

The right lane of eastbound I-865 is closed in this area.
