Semi rollover clogs I-74 traffic near Avon

BROWNSBURG, Ind. (WISH) - A semi loaded with furniture has overturned on Interstate 74 near Brownsburg, clogging traffic.

Traffic was restricted on eastbound and westbound lanes near the 69-mile marker, just west of the Marion-Hendricks county line, INDOT said. Eastbound lanes were partially reopened by about 6 p.m., but westbound lanes remained closed while emergency crews righted the semi. Westbound lanes reopened just before 8 p.m.

Information on injuries was still unavailable as of about 8 p.m.
