INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - People start voting Monday in Marion County about whether to support the cost of a new $754 million dollar Wishard Hospital. Wishard has been pushing for this special election. This morning on Daybreak Matt Gutwein sat down with 24 hour news 8’s Deanna Dewberry to explain why Wishard says they need a new hospital.
