Teacher's mission through Arctic Ocean

CARMEL (WISH) - This year, some students in Central Indiana got lessons from the top of the world. A Carmel Middle School teacher spent several weeks on a mission to and through the Arctic Ocean.

24 hour news 8’s Scott Sander sat down with Captain Andy Armstrong, the chief scientist on the mission, and teacher Christine Hedge to talk about how the state is recognizing her efforts.
