Mayor Ballard responds to downtown shootings

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Mayor Greg Ballard appeared on 24-Hour News 8 at Daybreak to talk about the shootings Saturday night after the Indiana Black Expo.

He said, a lot of effort goes into the event by the police department, and homeland security to secure the event and make the night as safe as possible. Just a few people on this particular night made it unsafe for others.
