Video: Dog survives strangulation

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Pearl is a dog who was was tossed in a ditch, strangled with a cable and left to die.

After four years of living in a shelter at the Humane Society for Hamilton County, Pearl finally has found a home with Steve and Jessica Rushfeldt.
