INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Health-Building Herbed Penne Pasta Salad with Mozzarella
12 oz. Barilla plus penne pasta, made from bean flour-Fiber & protein
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil leaves-Digestion aid
4 tomatoes cut into small wedges-Lycopene
½ cup finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves-Lung health
½ cup chopped parsley leaves-Anti Cancer
Sm. Mozzarella balls from grocery (Or cut up a large ball into bite size)-Clean Protein

Garnish:
Chopped Walnuts-Heart health and cancer prevention

Dressing:
4 tbs. extra virgin olive oil-Antioxidant
2 tbs. fresh Lemon Juice-Vitamin C
Sea salt and pepper to taste
• Wash and prep the tomatoes, basil, rosemary and parsley
• Boil Pasta per box instructions drain and keep warm
• Wisk up the dressing in a small bowl
• While pasta is still warm, add dressing and the tomato and herbs.
• Toss, season, garnish with walnuts and serve
