INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - It wasn't a countdown to midnight, but a countdown to noon that brought big crowds to the Children's Museum.
The annual tradition makes sure younger children get a chance to celebrate the new year, if they can't be awake at midnight.
A large crowd gathered round the water clock at noon and 1 p.m. to ring the "the new year."
