Heavy rain hits at rush hour

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Storms are possible all day Thursday across Indiana, and heavy rain began moving into the metro area just before 5 p.m.

The Storm Prediction Center has all of Indiana under a slight risk for severe weather Thursday. Storms could include strong winds and hail. Several Central Indiana counties are under a thunderstorm watch until midnight.

Forecast 8 will track the storms on WISH-TV at 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. Check with the Forecast 8 Weather Blog for the latest updates.
