Fatal hit and run suspects arrested

OWEN COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) - On Friday, three people were taken into custody at the Owen County Sheriff's Office in connection with a hit and run accident that killed 12-year-old William Bottoms. Warrants were issued for their arrest by the Owen County Prosecutors Office.
Police arrested 28-year-old Tabitha Jo Blake Lucas of Quincy, Ind. for failure to return to the scene of accident resulting in death, a Class C felony.
Also arrested were 35-year-old William Tracy Lucas of Quincy Ind. and 47-year-old Mark C. Blake of Greencastle, Ind. for obstruction of justice, a Class D felony.
All three individuals were released on bond and await their initial court appearance in the Owen Circuit Court.
