AUSTIN, Texas (KXAN) - A man is accused of using a baby and a stroller as a cover while he took under-the-skirt photographs of a woman at a Texas grocery store.
Police said Dimas Castillo, 42, pretended to be tending to a baby in a stroller as he took improper pictures of a woman in Whole Foods. He is charged with improper photography.
According to an arrest warrant affidavit released Thursday, a store employee stopped Castillo after the worker saw a flash from the man's cell phone camera while crouched near the baby and next to the woman.
The incident, which happened in July, was also caught on security video.
