Surisa, of Thai descent, wants to bring to Indiana the concept of a tasty, spicy burger made with Thai spices and herbs with healthy ingredients like green been, ginger, galanga and lemongrass. She wants to distribute to grocery stores through Indiana and then eventually throughout the U.S.
