Here we are… days away from the greatest spectacle in racing in the biggest race town, so Firefighter Tim says let’s get into a great upper body workout that will help build some lean muscle to help you perform better, just like the cars on the track!

At the end of this workout, you will be doing 500 hundred reps just like the Indy cars will be doing their 500 laps!

20- Push-ups
20- Biceps curls 
20- Shoulder presses 
20- Tricep extensions 
20- Steering wheels 
Rest 1 to 2 minutes 
And repeat 5 times 

Warmup and stretch like a driver 
Neck stretch 
Shoulder roll 
Shoulder across body stretch 
Bicep stretch 
Hamstring and lower leg stretch
