Cat rescued after getting head stuck in concrete

SEYMOUR, Wis. (WCMH) — A cat in Wisconsin let curiosity get the best of him when his head got stuck between two pieces of concrete.

According to a Facebook post by the Seymour Wisconsin Police Department, officers were called to a vacant home Thursday morning on the report of an injured cat.

When an officer arrived at the home, they found that the cat had its head stuck between two pieces of separated concrete.

The officer wasn’t able to get the cat out, so extra help from the fire department was called in to remove the cat.
After a short while, they were able to separate the concrete enough for the cat to get its head out.

Unfortunately, the cat ran away as soon as it was freed, but the police say they hope that’s a good sign it was healthy enough to make a full recovery.
