IMPD: Man shot in possible home invasion
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A man has been hospitalized after a possible home invasion.
The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is investigating in the 3700 block of S. Walcott Street. That’s just a few blocks away from the University of Indianapolis campus.
IMPD said the man was conscious when he was taken to the hospital.
Police have not revealed his name or complete condition. IMPD says the person shot is not the suspect.
Suspect information has also not yet been released.
