KOKOMO, Ind. (WISH) - Four Kokomo doctors can keep their medical licenses for now.
The doctors work for the Wagoner Medical Center and are accused of over-prescribing pain medications.
They are Dr. Don Wagoner, his wife Dr. Marilyn Wagoner, as well as doctors Robert Brewer and William Terpstra. They have offices in Kokomo and Burlington.
At a hearing Wednesday, the Attorney General's office agreed to dismiss its request to suspend the Wagoners' licenses after they agreed not to prescribe certain types of pain medications.
The state says it's still asking for a suspension for the other two doctors unless an agreement can be made before a hearing next month.
