INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Autopsy results reveal a woman who was found dead this week died of traumatic injuries to her head.
According to the Marion County Coroner, 24-year-old Shana Elmore, who was found dead Monday in the 1800 block of Singleton Street, died of "multiple, massive, penetrating sharp force and blunt force traumatic injuries to the head."
Elmore's live-in boyfriend, 23-year-old Cory Musick, has been preliminarily charged with murder in the case.
Elmore was a mother of two -- a baby and a child, approximately 6 years old. According to a police report, Musick is the father of those two children.
