GREENSBURG, Ind. (WISH) - Police in Greensburg responded to a bank robbery Friday afternoon.
Officers with the Greensburg Police Department were called to the Old National Bank located at 1801 Greensburg Crossing to the report of a bank robbery.
The suspect, who is described as a white male in his mid 20s, was wearing a black letterman jacket with red sleeves, dark sunglasses, black sweatshirt, and black baseball cap with a red bill and word ‘Atlanta' across the front, according to a release.
Police say the man also had a tattoo on his neck, under his right ear.
No weapons were displayed in the robbery. The suspect fled the scene with an unknown amount of cash.
Officers say the suspect is possibly in a yellow Jeep Wrangler with a black hard top. It was last seen towing a single axle, flatbed trailer and was heading northbound on N. Broadway St. from the bank.
Interstate 70 east near Interstate 465 was reopened Tuesday evening after a crash blocked all lanes around 6:30 p.m.

On Tuesday, Indianapolis Police Chief Rick Hite will promote 23 officers. Three sergeants will be elevated to the rank of lieutenant. Twenty patrol officers will be promoted to the rank of sergeant.
