FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WISH) - A hearing has been set on whether suspended Indianapolis Metropolitan police officer David Bisard should have bail revoked in his pending 2010 case.
Allen County scheduled the hearing for May 9.
Bisard is facing multiple charges, accused of drunken driving in a patrol car and slamming into motorcyclists — killing one person and injuring two others. His case was moved to Fort Wayne due to extensive media coverage in Indianapolis.
