INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department have identified the man an officer shot in the leg Sunday morning .
Jesse Miller, 34, Indianapolis, has been preliminarily charged with burglary. He was being held Monday in the Wishard Detention Unit.
Miller was shot in the leg after police said he ran into a house on the city's south side carrying a gun, then ran back out still carrying the gun.
