INDIANAPOLIS (Shelbyville News) - An Indianapolis man has been charged with murder after officers in Ohio detained him one month before his trial.
Ryan Worline, 30, was already facing felony neglect charges when Whitehouse, Ohio officers detained him Thursday. Worline was charged with neglect of a dependent resulting in death stemming from the April 2012 death of his then-girlfriend's 1-year-old child, 24-Hour News 8's news partner The Shelbyville News reports.
The Marion County Prosecutor's Office has filed the charge of murder.
